• Sell, redistribute, or transfer your license to others
• Use the software for commercial purposes without a commercial license
• Share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with HabitLine for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Updates

Your purchase includes all future updates to HabitLine at no additional cost. This includes bug fixes, new features, and improvements.

Data Responsibility

Since HabitLine stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for:

• Backing up your data
• Securing your device
• Any data loss due to device failure or uninstallation

We recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup.

Disclaimer of Warranty

HabitLine is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to create reliable software, we cannot guarantee that it will meet all your specific requirements or be completely error-free.

Stream Deck Plugin

The Stream Deck plugin is provided as a free add-on with your HabitLine purchase. It requires a compatible Elgato Stream Deck device and software to function.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software publisher operates.
