Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Habitline, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Habitline account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Plans and billing

• Habitline offers a free plan, a Premium subscription billed monthly or yearly, and a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
• Yearly plans include two months free compared to monthly pricing.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access remains active until then.
• Lifetime access is a single payment covering the current desktop app and its updates. It does not renew and is not a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. If you have an issue, contact support and we will work with you.

License and permitted use

Habitline is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the software on devices you own or control.

• No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing
• No reverse engineering or decompiling
• No use for unlawful purposes

Where you get Habitline

Habitline is distributed from myhabitline.com and the Microsoft Store. However you install it, these terms govern your use of the app, and subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy rather than the store you installed from.

Updates and availability

We may update or improve the service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Data and privacy

How we collect and use data is described in the Privacy Policy. Guests store data locally; signed‑in users can sync through Supabase.

Third‑party services

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Their terms apply when you complete a purchase.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Habitline is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Habitline changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use Habitline after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software publisher operates.
